Boston Certified AFC LLC aims to keep clients in the comfort of their home while remaining healthy rather than having to be in long term or institutional care center. Boston Certified AFC envisions itself to be the leader and innovator in shaping the delivery of in-home care services which will serve as a standard of practice and leader for others in the healthcare industry to follow. We remain steadfast in our collective desire to be forward-thinkers and influencers to bring about positive changes in the homes of families who are in need of healthcare services. Further, we envision ourselves to be a provider of high-quality service to individuals and families in need of excellent health outcomes.

Although Mass Health is the main insurance provider. We can run you information to make sure you qualify.
Income is exempt from taxation, and caregivers are not classified as employees, thus W2 forms are not issued.
The program does not extend eligibility to spouses; however, any adult child residing in the same household may qualify.
